Boulder Startup Week

Regenerative organizational design allows potential to be unleashed, teams to thrive, and organizations to build the underlying “healthy soil” necessary for recurring abundance and resilience in an ever-changing world. Participants will leave this session with a better understanding of how to take a living systems approach to designing organizational roles and responsibilities, systems and processes, as well as resource allocation and investment.
