Identifying how you most naturally contribute to the creative problem-solving process, enables you to do your best work both individually and as a member of a team. With this knowledge, you can readily identify what types of work play to your strengths and where you may have blind spots that limit your effectiveness. You can learn myriad strategies to enhance your creating thinking skills including proactively joining forces with others who have different, albeit complementary FourSight profiles, people whose thinking expands yours.

Entrepreneurs can use FourSight to proactively create cognitively diverse teams and to manage diversity among new or existing teams for better cohesion, performance, and task-specific success.

In this workshop we will deep dive into the practical underpinnings of the FourSight, which was develop at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State University. It is a hands-on exploration of how to think better, more flexibly, and more creatively.
