According to a 2015 NPR story, relationship problems between co-founders is a "leading cause" of startup failure. And a foundational cause of relationship problems is poor communication.

What we usually learn by default is an adversarial style of communication, and therefore the way we instinctively communicate with others often unconsciously generates opposition. But there is no place in long-term relationships for communicating this way.

In this talk you will learn key points of the art of Asking and the art of Stating, and you will practice how to ask the right questions (to get the right kind of information), and how to make the right kinds of statements (including a step by step process to create and implement good boundaries).

Build up your communication skillset to foster sustainable relationships, and build long-lasting enterprises!
