Conflict is typically handled in a way that doesn’t provide lasting results and
leaves the underlying dysfunction unresolved, to breed further conflict.
More often than not, we tend to problem-solve with our focus on the
problem, which keeps us stuck in the conflict and victim to our
circumstances.

In this workshop, we’ll learn how to transform conflict into positive new
beginnings. We’ll see how working with challenges can become sustainable,
bring meaning to difficulty, and purpose and authenticity to our work and
our lives.
