I am passionate about connection, play and supporting women in being fully empowered in sharing their heart work with the world! I tuned into my own heart work through the power of play and spiral energy that I tapped into when I began hula hooping in 2009. I quickly began teaching, launching my "for play" business www.revolvedhoops.com and creating my signature HoopFlow practice. From this experience I realized that my own life was not in alignment with my heart work and shifted out of the corporate sales world into healing & coaching work. Today I support Goddesspreneurs to integrate proven sales & marketing systems into bliss-based business models that allow them to THRIVE, holding the space for work to become play!
