At Swimlane, we enable the analysts and admins of security operations centers (SOC) and MSSPs to be more productive with their time. As a Customer Success Director, I lead a team to influence customer retention and promote customer advocates. To do this, I use a combination of skills like training, project management, sales, and consulting, which I've refined by advising enterprise customers over the last 15 years. I really enjoy what I do. Previous to Swimlane, I was known at IBM for my dedication to customer success, where I led sales programs, managed projects, improved processes, and drove customer advocacy across multiple business units. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, my two sons, golfing, camping, and skiing around Colorado.
