Robert's career has spanned from traditional engineering tech, to focusing more on the developments in behavioral, cultural, and psycho-spiritual technologies. This led him to an Integral approach to emergence that tracks how objective (behavioral/systemic) innovations correlate with subjective (experiential/cultural) development. He organized the Integral Center with the vision to create structures for flourishing integral development in Boulder and beyond. Robert primarily teaches about how to skillfully reconcile seemingly contradictory world-views in conversation, organization, and culture.
