Carol founded Horse & Dragon Brewing Company in 2014 with her husband Tim (and the bank). She grew up in Colorado, went to school in California, and then worked and lived around Asia, in Milwaukee, and in Bogot√° (Colombia), sampling great craft beer all along the way. With an enormous appreciation for the communities of Fort Collins and craft brewing, she counts herself lucky daily to be here doing what she's doing. Carol holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of Alabama, neither of which prepared her to start up and run a small craft brewery.
