Jamie Harkins is a Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Boulder, where she works on energy and waste reduction programs, policies and planning projects, as well as citywide innovation projects. Her past work includes the commercial EnergySmart program, the Disposable Bag Fee, the Zero Waste Strategic Plan, the Boulder Energy Challenge innovation grant program and work on Boulder’s recently adopted Universal Zero Waste Ordinance. Jamie holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Economics & Policy and Sustainable Business from Duke University.
