Mardi Moore (she/her/hers) is the Executive Director of Out Boulder County. LGBTQ advocacy is what gets Mardi up in the morning and working until the later hours of each day. Driven by the words of one of her good friends, “If you don’t have a seat at the table, you are likely to be on the menu”, she continues to engage with a number of cultural brokers, government leaders and other non-profit directors to ensure all LGBTQ voices are represented in new and ongoing strategies and policies.
